To become more aware of your breath ist to become more aware of yourself.

In this course you learn to gradually build up breath awareness and consciously use your breath in daily life situation. You will understand how the breath can energize and vitalize you, how the breath can deepen your focus and make you more calm. You practice different breath medidation techniques that are very accessible for both beginners in medidation and people who have meditation experinece.

The following sports offer scale should give you a little orientation and support you in choosing a sports offer. You can find detailed explanations of the scale values in the service area of our website under Sportangebotsskala.
