To become more aware of your breath ist to become more aware of yourself.
In this course you learn to gradually build up breath awareness and consciously use your breath in daily life situation. You will understand how the breath can energize and vitalize you, how the breath can deepen your focus and make you more calm. You practice different breath medidation techniques that are very accessible for both beginners in medidation and people who have meditation experinece.
Please bring your own exercise mat.
