In this course you have an opportunity to explore different yoga practices. You build up a stronger physical presence through classical Asana?s. You learn about the power of breathing and how the breath can vitalize you. We practice short 5 minute meditations that build up your focus and concentration skills. And lastly we practice deep relaxation techniques that are very beneficial for our overall well being. If you already have previous yoga experience and know the basics, then the intensive course is the right place for you.

The following sports offer scale should give you a little orientation and support you in choosing a sports offer. You can find detailed explanations of the scale values in the service area of our website under Sportangebotsskala.
