Flag Football ist eine kontaktlose Variante des American Football. Gespielt wird fünf gegen fünf auf einem 25 m × 70 m großen Feld. Ziel des Spiels ist es, mit dem Ball in die gegnerische Endzone zu gelangen. Die Defense versucht dies zu verhindern, indem sie die sogenannten „Flags“ zieht, die an einem Gürtel an der Hüfte aller Spielenden befestigt sind.

Flag football is a non-contact version of American football. It is played five-on-five on a field measuring 25 m × 70 m. The objective of the game is to carry the ball into the opponent’s end zone. The defense tries to prevent this by pulling the so-called “flags” attached to a belt around the waist of all players.
